Founded in 2022 by former Penn State quarterback Sean Clifford and his brother Liam, Limitless NIL was built with one mission: to give athletes the representation they deserve.

After experiencing the challenges of navigating the early days of Name, Image, and Likeness firsthand, Sean recognized the need for an agency that truly understood the athlete perspective. As the first NIL agency founded by a student-athlete, Limitless was created to help athletes maximize opportunities, build meaningful partnerships, and develop personal brands that extend far beyond their playing careers.

Today, our team of former student-athletes and experienced sports marketing professionals represents collegiate and professional athletes across the country. We've negotiated partnerships with hundreds of brands, from local businesses to nationally recognized companies, and provide strategic guidance in marketing, branding, contract negotiation, content strategy, and long-term career development.

In 2023, Limitless joined Team Group Holdings to expand the resources available to our athletes through strategic marketing, creative services, memorabilia, and professional sports marketing.
